    How to use

    • Add 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of matcha tea to a cup.
    • Add a dash of hot, but not boiling (60-80 degrees) water and mix well (using an electric or bamboo whisk).
    • After mixing, top up with water or milk of your choice.
    • Enjoy!

    If you buy a larger amount of matcha tea (100g, 250g) or simply drink it more slowly, lumps may form in the tea due to atmospheric effects. In this case, we recommend straining it through a tea strainer before whipping.

      We recommend starting with 1g, which is about 1/2 to 1 tsp.
