Return

Returning goods is easy. Goods can be returned via 14 days from the day of receiving the goods.

To return goods, you only need to fill out the form that you will find here in the link . After completing the form, you will receive a return slip, which must be attached with the returned goods and sent to the address indicated on the form.

It's important. Returned goods must meet the following requirements:

• the returned item must be in its original, neat, undamaged packaging;
• the product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance (labels and protective film intact, etc.);
• the goods must reach us safely and must not be damaged during transport.

After receiving the goods, we will check them and refund the money within 5 working days. Return shipping costs are not refundable.

Exchange is not possible at this time. To exchange an item, return it and order a new one.
