Cold matcha latte - how to make it
A cold matcha latte is the best way to start the day on sunny mornings and refresh yourself on hot days. We recommend this recipe with a little honey. We recommend using liquid honey, which melts and mixes more easily.
You will need:
- 1 teaspoon Feel Brill matcha tea
- 60–80 °C hot water (only to dissolve the slag)
- Cold milk (oat, almond, soy, or cow's)
- Ice cubes
- Whisk (bamboo or electric)
