When you purchase a Matcha Club subscription, the products you purchased with the subscription will be delivered repeatedly. This depends on the duration and frequency of your chosen subscription. Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each of these deliveries. You will receive a reminder by email before each charge. If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. You can conveniently manage your subscription(s) via your customer account.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.
How can I skip or change my payment date?
You can skip or reschedule upcoming payments in your customer account.
- To skip a payment , click the Skip Payment button next to the scheduled delivery.
- To change the payment date , click the Reschedule button next to the delivery date and select a new date.
Can I add products to my subscription?
Of course. You can edit your subscription at any time.
Simply click the Edit button in the products section and add, remove, or update subscription products.
What happens if my payment fails to process?
If your subscription fails to renew due to a failed payment, you will receive an email with a secure link that will allow you to update your payment method.
